"I like the flavor of this gummy. I take one usually to assist with sleep. It normally gets me sleepy but if I don't feel it kicking in an hour, I will take a 2nd gummy. Then I am ready for bed 30 minutes later. I do not wake up groggy the next morning which wonderful!"
