I can't even begin to explain how remarkable the experience with Retro Bakery has been. I was a bit skeptical about ordering in the coldest part of the winter, but everything has always arrived in great condition. Things are packaged efficiently and arrive promptly. We live close by, but shipping has been amazingly fast. They've always exceeded my expectations.

Very sad to say, I will no longer purchase Retro Bakery products after this purchase. Around half of the Liquid Loud products were molded. It didn't seem to be batch related, more like the bottles were improperly sealed amongst all the batches. I didn't take pictures; however, at the rate of defect, I am doubtful this is limited to my order. I am not writing for anything free; I am not interested in that. Just stop emailing me to rate your terrible product.

Products are wonderful! (though make sure you read the packaging as I made a slight error taking 25mg but that was my fault). Driver was kind and patient as I hadn't read the text well saying I needed to show ID and had to run back up to my place. The dark chocolate sativa with espresso beans is the bomb!

All was good. Order was very simple with a couple different drink shots and some chocolate covered pretzel bites so it would've been tough to get it wrong. But I removed one star because the chocolate was completely melted when it arrived. I understand it was mid-summer but there was a small effort made to put an ice pack in the box. The ice pack was so small, it probably thawed before it left the first city. Overall, the products are good and effective. The drinks are just enough to take the edge off. Note that each drink is 2 servings, not one. It is shown on the bottle but a little bit deceiving. Also, the lemon flavor is pretty nasty. Tastes nothing like lemon but I don't get them for the flavor. The pretzel bites, even melted and broken apart are delicious. I could eat the whole bag.

I am happy with the products, but the order got messed up. First, one product was on backorder which was understandable, but on the portion of the order that was filled, a couple of items were not included. Upon contacting Retro, they send out the 2 items immediately. Second, regarding the backordered items (3 lemon shots), I just received notice that they shipped them, BUT they only show a total of 2 shots. . . . looks like I will be complaining again when I see what actually shows up. . . . bummer.
