Use the email you shop with. There is no password: we email you a 6-digit code and you type it in. Never signed in before? It works the same way, and your account is set up for you.

- You earn 5% back in Reward Dollars.
- Nothing to trade in. $1 is $1.
- At checkout you tap Apply Reward Dollars, right above where you enter your credit/debit card, and they come off your total.
Your points came with you. Every 100 points became $1 in Reward Dollars, so 500 points is $5 and 750 points is $7.50, good for 12 months. You do not need to do anything. Just sign in with the same email.

Use the Sign in button on this page, or My Account in the menu. Enter your email, then type in the 6-digit code we email you.

Shop like always
Add what you want to your cart and go to checkout. Stay signed in: Reward Dollars only show up for signed-in shoppers.

Tap Apply Reward Dollars
You will find it in the Payment section of checkout, right above where you enter your credit/debit card. One tap, no code to type.

Pay what is left
Your Reward Dollars come off all at once, up to your order total. If they cover everything, there is nothing left to pay. Whatever you do not use stays in your account for next time.

Questions
Do I need to do anything to switch over?
No. Your points moved over on their own. Sign in with the email you used before and your Reward Dollars are there.
What happened to my points?
They became Reward Dollars at 100 points to $1, so 500 points is $5 and 750 points is $7.50. Same value, and nothing to redeem. Any reward code you had but never used was added too. Use them within 12 months.
Do I still get a coupon code?
No more codes. Your Reward Dollars sit in your account, and you use them at checkout with one tap on Apply Reward Dollars, right above where you enter your credit/debit card.
I always checked out without signing in. Do my orders count?
Yes. Your orders are tied to your email. To see and spend your Reward Dollars, sign in with that same email: enter it, type in the code we send, and you are in.
My balance says $0.00. Is something wrong?
Usually it is a different email. The email you are signed in with is shown under your balance; it has to be the one from your old points or your orders. Still not right? Email GetBaked@RetroBakery.net and we will sort it out.
Where do I use my Reward Dollars?
At checkout on retrobakery.net while you are signed in: tap Apply Reward Dollars in the Payment section, right above where you enter your credit/debit card. They pay for your order like a gift card would, after any discount.
Can I use just part of my Reward Dollars?
Not on one order. When you apply them, they come off all at once, up to the order total, tax and shipping included. Anything left stays in your account for next time, so $50 on a $32 order pays the whole order and leaves $18. Want to save them for a bigger order? Just do not apply them at checkout.
Do Reward Dollars expire?
The Reward Dollars your points became are good for 12 months, until October 2027. Reward Dollars you earn from now on do not expire.
When do Reward Dollars show up?
A few minutes after an order is paid. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the Reward Dollars it earned come back off.
How do referrals work?
Your friend opens your link and enters their email to get a $10-off code for their first order. It works once, on an order with no other discount code, within 90 days. When their order is paid, $5 lands in your account. It has to be their first order with us, and your own link does not count for you.
Do I earn when I buy Retro Bakery somewhere else?
No. Reward Dollars are earned and spent on retrobakery.net. When you buy Retro Bakery at another shop, that shop made the sale.
What does not earn Reward Dollars?
Tax, shipping, gift cards, wholesale orders, and the part of an order paid with Reward Dollars.
