I took 3 of these, (7.5mg), after around 45 minutes, I ate 2 more. 12.5mg total, I was watching some basketball, and I just started laughing, felt nice buzz behind my eyes and noticed I was thinking more positively. I knew they were starting work. I'm very impressed, I didn't know if these would work, because of such low dose.
